  • • CPDTI (Chennai Power and Desalination Training Institute) is a CEA (Central Electricity Authority)-recognized recognized institute under the Ministry of Power, Govt. of India (Approval No. F.No. 12/23/2015 – T&R)
  • • It is the first of its kind in India to offer industrial-based technical training in both power & desalination plants.
  • • We focus on equipment construction details, operation & maintenance know-how, erection & commissioning, trouble shooting, best practices to improve equipment performance, the maintenance procedures, the spares & tools needed, the safety precautions required, improved designs for performance & reliability and safe working practices depending on the training module, etc.
  • • On regular Curriculum of Training, we take candidates to different Plants and Industries to get the complete Knowledge of Plant systems, Plant Equipments, O&M procedures, etc.
  • • Our Technical workshop are designed to focus especially on Technical Knowledge & Skills required by Industries
  • • Our workshop is aimed to add value to the existing knowledge & skill level of the Candidate that will help them to confidently face interviews by industries and to adapt easily in industry
  • • Our training focuses on real-life industrial equipment/systems operation & maintenance problems and the solution for the same. • Training is provided by highly experienced power plant professionals using state-of-the art training tools and equipment.

  • iii. Maintenance Simulator with sequential explanation of maintenance of all rotating equipments and static equipments (60MW / 600MW – Gas Power Plant / Thermal Power plant operation simulator)
